In accordance with the Federal Law and the U.S. Department of the Treasury policy, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin in programs or activities receiving federal financial assistance. Employment discrimination is covered by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, if the primary objective of the financial assistance is provisions of employment, where employment discrimination may cause discrimination in providing services under such programs.
